Columbus (2023): Zawadzki appeared in 30 matches for the Crew, starting in 15 of them. He would score three goals in 1,569 minutes of action. Against the New England Revolution (April 15) Zawadzki would score the game-tying goal in extra time to force a 1-1 draw at home. He would earn his first start for the first team the next match against Charlotte (April 22). In the U.S. Open Cup, he would score against Loudoun United on the way to a 5-1 victory. Against NYCFC (July 8), he would score the equalizer in the final moments of the game to draw 1-1. Zawadzki made his first MLS playoff appearance in Game 1 (November 1) of the 2023 MLS Playoffs against Atlanta, he would go on to start the next Game in Atlanta (November 7). The 2023 MLS Cup win with Columbus was the first of his career.

Columbus Crew 2 (2022): In January it was announced that Zawadzki would be signed as a homegrown player for the Columbus Crew. He made his professional debut with the Crew 2 during the first season of MLS Next Pro, making 21 appearances (19 starts) and scoring on goal. He would go on to help secure the 2022 MLS Next Pro Cup for the Capybaras at the end of the season. In June, Zawadzki was called up to the first team to play against Toronto FC (June 29, 2022) where he would score the first MLS goal of his career.

Georgetown University (2018-21): While playing for the Hoyas, Zawadzki appeared in 78 games and scored four goals. He would go on to help the Hoyas win the 2019 NCAA College Cup as captain and two Big East Tournament titles.
