TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Reports

FC Dallasā€™ technical staff is in flux, but the club continues to make moves as the MLS offseason hot stove cranks up, with The Athleticā€™s Paul Tenorio reporting two significant midfield moves in the offing for the North Texans.

One of FCDā€™s legion of Homegrown Players, Victor Ulloa has been a core member of the clubā€™s first team for the past five years. Typically a defensive-minded center mid also capable of filling a box-to-box role, the Wylie, Texas native lost his starting spot during stretches of the 2016 and 2017 campaigns before regaining regular minutes this year.

Acosta is a talented central midfielder with ample international experience with Honduras. Currently with Tenerife in Spainā€™s second division, the 25-year-old may have gained knowledge of FCD via his Catrachos colleague Maynor Figueroa, a defender who spent the past three seasons in Frisco.

Dallas are currently in the final stages of selecting the successor to recently-departed head coach Oscar Pareja, who left to take over Liga MX side Club Tijuana last month; academy director Luchi Gonzalez is expected to be named as FCDā€™s choice this week.
